Working at Wintermute

Wintermute is a global company with offices in London and Singapore. It opened its US office in early 2025 and it is set to grow significantly over the next several years. It’s a unique opportunity to play a role in the early rapid expansion of Wintermute Americas.

The Role

We are hiring across multiple levels within our Business Development & Partnerships team — Associate, Manager and Director — depending on experience.

You will help grow Wintermute's core businesses across institutional OTC trading, liquidity provision and strategic partnerships, working with both traditional financial institutions and crypto-native counterparties.

You will develop new relationships while expanding existing ones across institutional investors, hedge funds, trading firms, crypto projects, VCs, exchanges and other ecosystem participants.

This is a highly commercial role with significant ownership. Rather than operating within rigid territories or legacy sales structures, you will identify opportunities, develop a growth strategy and work with trading, product, legal and technology teams to execute them.

As your seniority increases, so will the expectation that you independently originate business, manage strategic relationships and shape Wintermute's commercial strategy in the Americas.
