What You'll Do

• Own the entire design lifecycle for our developer-facing products, from conducting user research and mapping user flows to crafting high-fidelity interfaces and prototypes.
• Design clean, high-information-density interfaces for complex systems such as dashboards, monitoring tools, and API consoles that instill trust and precision.
• Translate intricate decentralized infrastructure concepts into intuitive visualizations and interactions that resonate with developers, ensuring clarity without oversimplification.
• Build and maintain a robust design system tailored specifically for technical products and developer workflows, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with our engineering team, including protocol-level developers, in a high-ownership and asynchronous work environment.
• Conduct user research with real developers and founders to identify and eliminate friction points in current Web3 tooling, fostering a user-centered design approach.
• Champion clarity, security, and Swiss-level attention to detail across every interaction, from initial onboarding to advanced usage scenarios.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in graphic design and UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your capabilities in delivering user-centric solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, along with a solid understanding of prototyping and user interface principles.
• Experience in data visualization and user experience design, particularly in the context of complex systems.
• Strong understanding of product design processes, including user research, interaction design, and iterative testing.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with technical teams.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem, including an understanding of developer needs and challenges.
