About the Opportunity ✍️

Our Employee Excellence team keeps MoonPay running and thriving. We're a lean, high-ownership group responsible for making sure every MoonPay team member has the environment, tools, and experiences they need to do their best work. From the moment someone walks through the door of a MoonBase to the moment they leave a company offsite buzzing with energy, we obsess over the details that make a difference.

As Workplace Manager for our London MoonBase in Shoreditch, you'll be the heartbeat of the space. You'll take full ownership of the day-to-day experience, curating an environment where the snacks are plenty, the vibes are on point, and the team genuinely wants to show up. This role goes beyond facilities; you'll be a culture carrier, an event architect, and a trusted operational partner to teams across MoonPay globally.
