About The Team

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects in the digital assets and blockchain space. This role will be responsible for driving project execution, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, and delivering high-impact solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in banking, cryptocurrency, or large SaaS enterprises, with solid technical knowledge and a deep understanding of enterprise software implementations.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, aligning them with business objectives.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and customer success.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and progress effectively to executive leadership and clients.
  • Leverage technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams.
  • Understand enterprise software, APIs, and cloud solutions to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in banking, crypto, and financial infrastructure.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within banking, crypto, or SaaS enterprises.
  • Strong technical knowledge in enterprise software, APIs, and cloud solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in blockchain or digital assets is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Strong leadership and ability to influence teams without direct authority.
  • Passion for innovation and emerging technologies in digital finance.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese.
