🌔 About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Admin to join our People team. This role will serve as the first point of contact for employee support through our Jira ticketing system, ensuring timely responses and accurate recordkeeping. You will play a critical role in supporting the employee lifecycle — from onboarding new hires to coordinating offboarding processes — while maintaining compliance and data accuracy across our HR systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build foundational experience in HR operations within a fast-paced, global environment.

🚀 What you will do

· Jira Ticket Management: Monitor the People Team Jira queue daily, triaging, categorizing, and resolving employee inquiries, escalating when necessary.

· Onboarding Coordination: Schedule onboarding sessions, initiate background checks, distribute contracts, and support new hire profile setup in Workday, Deel, and ADP.

· Offboarding Administration: Process offboarding requests, ensuring documentation is completed and filed accurately.

· Payroll support: Create and review monthly reports to inform our payroll manager around any changes across all payroll systems.

· Data Management & Compliance: Maintain accuracy of employee records across HR systems while adhering to privacy and confidentiality protocols.

· Knowledge Base Contribution: Identify recurring issues and document solutions to continuously improve processes and employee self-service resources.

🧑‍🚀 About You

· 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, People Operations, or a similar support role.

· Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to data management.

· Comfortable working with HR systems such as Workday, ADP, or Jira (experience with multiple systems a plus).

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
