SMM Manager

About the Role

ChangeNOW is hiring an SMM Manager to run its social channels. You will create engaging content and visuals tailored to the crypto audience, while monitoring trends and real-time news across various crypto channels. You'll also manage community feedback, produce short-form videos, run paid campaigns, and analyze analytics to optimize the social media strategy.

What We Expect

• 2–3+ years in SMM (crypto/Web3 experience is a must)
• English C1: fluent and confident
• Strong copywriting and crisis management skills
• Hands-on with Figma, GA4, ChatGPT/Claude (paid versions)
• Deep knowledge of X, Telegram, Reddit, IG, TikTok and YouTube, and how they work in crypto

Nice to Have

• Midjourney / AI video tools, Jira, TGStat, Brand24
• Experience with podcasts, Spaces, or live sessions
• Understanding of DeFi, NFTs, and the broader Web3 landscape
