Founding FullStack Web3 Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced Founding Full-Stack Web3 Engineer to help build scalable, secure, and high-performance Web3 products for our clients. This role is ideal for an engineer who is equally comfortable with modern full-stack development and blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, wallets, and decentralized protocols.

Role: Founding Full-Stack Web3 Engineer

Location: Remote Type: Full-Time Experience: 5+ years software engineering with strong Web3/blockchain experience Compensation: $140,000–$220,000 USD/year, depending on experience, technical depth, location, and overall fit Additional Compensation: Performance bonus and potential token/equity incentives may be available for exceptional candidates What You’ll Do • Design and build production-grade Web3 applications from frontend to backend • Develop modern interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Web3 libraries • Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js / TypeScript • Integrate wallets such as MetaMask, WalletConnect, Phantom, Coinbase Wallet, and others • Integrate and interact with smart contracts across EVM and/or Solana ecosystems • Build transaction signing, token transfer, staking, swapping, NFT, DeFi, and Web3 payment functionality • Work with blockchain RPC providers, indexers, explorers, and on-chain data • Design secure authentication and wallet-based authorization systems • Optimize transaction reliability, RPC usage, application performance, and scalability • Review smart-contract integrations and identify potential security risks • Build automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and production infrastructure • Contribute to architecture decisions and provide technical leadership

Technical Skills Frontend

Backend Node.js, Express.js / NestJS / Fastify, REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, Microservices,

Web3 ethers.js / viem / wagmi / Web3.js, WalletConnect, MetaMaskRPC interaction, Transaction construction and signing, Event/log processing, Token standards and blockchain data structures, Smart Contracts, Solidity, Ethereum / EVMERC-20ERC-721ERC-1155, OpenZeppelin, Hardhat / Foundry, Experience with Solana, Rust, Anchor, SPL Tokens, and Solana Web3.js is a strong plus.

DeFi / Blockchain Experience with one or more of: • DEXs and AMMs • Token swaps • Staking • Liquidity pools • Bridges • Lending protocols • NFTs • DAOs • Crypto payments • Trading platforms • Multi-chain applications

Infrastructure PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Docker, AWS / GCP / Azure, Linux, Nginx, GitHub Actions / CI/CD,

Web3 Security Knowledge: • Reentrancy • Access-control vulnerabilities • Signature verification issues • Replay attacks • Wallet security • Private-key handling • Transaction validation • Smart-contract interaction risks • API security • Authentication and authorization • Wallet-draining and phishing risks
