What You'll Do

• Craft engaging and visually appealing content for our YouTube and TikTok channels, showcasing the unique aspects of Decentraland’s metaverse.
• Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and develop content strategies that resonate with our community and attract new users.
• Produce high-quality video content including gameplay tutorials, updates, and community highlights that capture our metaverse’s essence.
• Design eye-catching thumbnails and graphics using Photoshop to enhance our content’s appeal and visibility.
• Monitor trends in the NFT and gaming space to ensure our content remains relevant and innovative.
• Engage with our community through comments and social media to foster relationships and gather feedback.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for upcoming campaigns and content initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Strong passion for gaming, NFTs, and the metaverse, with a desire to learn and grow within the Web3 space.
• Proficiency in content creation for platforms like YouTube and TikTok, with a portfolio that showcases your creativity.
• Basic to intermediate skills in Photoshop, with the ability to create compelling visuals that enhance your content.
• Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a fun and relatable manner.
• Familiarity with social media trends and strategies to maximize content reach and engagement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, managing your time effectively.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and formats.

Nice to Have

• Experience with video editing software beyond Photoshop, such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content to boost visibility and engagement.
• Previous experience in the gaming or NFT industry, with a network of like-minded creators.
• Understanding of community management principles to engage and build relationships with our audience.
