About the Role

CRR Market (https://crrmarket.com) is a pre-launch Web3 product building transparent on-chain horse-racing rank events, NFTs, and an international creator-partnership network. We are looking for a Remote Web3 Creator Partnerships Partner to help build the first qualified partner pipeline.

This is a flexible contractor / potential founding-partner opportunity. Full-time or part-time availability is welcome, with a medium and adaptable workload.

What You'll Do

• Identify and qualify creators, community operators, horse-industry contacts, and Web3 partners.
• Build a balanced pipeline across verified 5K+, 20K+, 40K+, 60K+, and 100K+ audience tiers.
• Conduct consent-based, one-to-one outreach—no bulk spam, fake engagement, or misleading promotion.
• Explain the product, its pre-launch status, and material risks accurately.
• Arrange qualified introductions and maintain a transparent contact pipeline.
• Provide concise weekly progress updates and help shape the first 30-day partnership playbook.

What We're Looking For

• Candidates in any country or time zone.
• Experience in partnerships, business development, recruiting, creator management, community operations, Web3, gaming, sports, marketing, or the horse industry.
• Strong written communication and verifiable professional or community networks.
• Existing audience reach is useful but not mandatory.
• People currently working in other industries are welcome if they have relevant relationships and can perform this work professionally.

Compensation and Protections

• This is not a guaranteed-salary position.
• Contractor compensation, performance commission, and/or genuine equity may be negotiated based on responsibility, verified contribution, and commitment.
• Any commission or equity requires a separate written agreement defining milestones, attribution, vesting/issuance, dilution, termination rights, applicable law, and taxes.
• The product is pre-launch: no earnings are guaranteed, and no commission is currently earned from unavailable transactions.
• Applicants never pay an application fee, deposit, guarantee, or purchase an NFT/product to participate.
• No unpaid trial work is required.
