Country Manager and Wealth Lead, Singapore

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial, commercial, and execution-oriented Country Manager for Singapore to lead and accelerate our growth in the market.

This person will own the Singapore growth agenda, with a particular focus on expanding our wealth and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) segment, growing our retail user base, strengthening our local brand presence, and building deep relationships with our most valuable clients.

We are looking for someone who is crypto-native, understands the local digital asset ecosystem, and has strong experience working at a leading crypto company. You should understand the needs and expectations of sophisticated crypto users and HNWI clients and be able to translate that knowledge into local growth.

This is a highly hands-on role. You will be expected to move seamlessly between setting market strategy, developing HNWI relationships, building local KOL and content programs, executing partnerships, and personally driving events and on-the-ground activations.

Given the profile of our target clients and partners, professional fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.

You will be the voice of the Singapore market internally, working closely with central growth, product, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure our global initiatives translate into meaningful local growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Own Singapore Growth

• Develop and execute the growth strategy for Singapore, with a particular focus on the wealth and HNWI segment.
• Grow the local retail user base while building a strong and sustainable pipeline of HNWI and high-value clients.
• Identify, test, and scale the most effective acquisition and engagement channels, including content, KOLs, partnerships, product-led growth, referrals, communities, events, and on-the-ground activations.
• Develop initiatives specifically designed to attract and convert sophisticated crypto investors and high-value users.
• Take ownership of local growth targets and continuously optimize initiatives based on measurable commercial outcomes.

Build the HNWI Franchise

• Develop and nurture trusted relationships with HNWIs, sophisticated investors, crypto-native clients, and other top-tier users in Singapore.
• Proactively source, engage, and convert new high-value clients through personal networks, referrals, events, partnerships, communities, and targeted acquisition strategies.
• Build a deep understanding of client needs, behaviours, portfolio considerations, pain points, and expectations.
• Serve as the internal champion for Singapore’s HNWI clients, ensuring their feedback and needs are represented across the company.
• Work with product and central teams to turn client insights into new products, features, services, and commercial opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with both English- and Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Drive Local Brand & Market Presence

• Own and execute our Singapore events, activations, content, KOL, and community strategy.
• Build relationships with relevant crypto KOLs, creators, communities, founders, investors, partners, and ecosystem participants.
• Identify local conversations and market trends where we should have a meaningful presence.
• Develop locally relevant content and campaigns that strengthen our positioning with both retail and HNWI audiences.
• Personally drive execution where required—from identifying the opportunity and developing the concept to being on-site and ensuring the activation delivers results.
• Consistently create opportunities to engage, acquire, and convert new top clients.

Localize & Execute Global Campaigns

• Partner closely with central growth, marketing, product, commercial, and other teams to deploy global campaigns effectively in Singapore.
• Localize central initiatives to ensure the messaging, channels, partnerships, content, and execution resonate with the Singapore market.
• Surface local market intelligence, competitor developments, crypto trends, client feedback, and commercial opportunities to central teams.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to remove blockers and ensure Singapore initiatives are executed quickly and effectively.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Strong experience working at a crypto or digital asset company is required, ideally in a growth, country management, commercial, wealth, VIP, institutional, partnerships, or senior client-facing role.
• Deep understanding of the crypto industry, digital asset products, customer behaviours, and competitive landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire, manage, and build trusted relationships with HNWI and high-value clients, ideally within crypto.
• Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin is required, including the ability to conduct sophisticated commercial and client conversations in Mandarin.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore market and the local crypto and wealth ecosystem.
• Existing relationships across Singapore's HNWI, crypto, investor, KOL, community, or broader wealth ecosystem are highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to drive growth through a combination of content, KOLs, partnerships, communities, events, referrals, product-led growth, and direct relationship building.
• Highly commercial and outcome-oriented, with a strong instinct for identifying opportunities and converting them into measurable growth.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to develop credibility quickly with sophisticated and high-value clients.
• Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically—you can develop the market strategy and then personally execute the event, partnership, campaign, or client meeting required to make it happen.
• High ownership, speed, resourcefulness, and bias toward action.
• Strong cross-functional skills and the ability to work effectively with globally distributed central teams.
