About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk / ERMF Specialist to support the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the firm's Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF). This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across regional and global teams to strengthen risk governance, perform risk assessments, monitor key risk indicators (KRIs), and support operational risk initiatives across the organization.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced financial services or digital assets environment.
