In this role, you will design and develop cutting-edge smart contracts that drive innovative DeFi applications, directly impacting the blockchain ecosystem. Work alongside a talented team of over 120 senior engineers and push the boundaries of technology while ensuring security and scalability in all our solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust smart contracts for a range of DeFi and blockchain applications, ensuring they meet industry standards for efficiency and security.
• Conduct thorough reviews of smart contract logic, architecture, and protocol design to identify vulnerabilities and ensure correctness.
• Write clean, secure, and well-tested smart contract code using best practices in Solidity, Rust, and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools like Foundry, Hardhat, or Anchor to ensure contract reliability and resilience.
• Analyze DeFi attack vectors, including flash loan attacks, oracle manipulation, and governance risks, to fortify our applications against potential threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate smart contracts into broader applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in blockchain technology and DeFi protocols to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Blockchain/Web3 Engineer, with a strong focus on smart contract development using Solidity and Rust.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React, with demonstrable experience in building user interfaces for decentralized applications.
• In-depth understanding of Web3.js and Ethers.js for blockchain interactions.
• Experience with smart contract auditing, including a track record of identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities.
• Solid knowledge of DeFi protocols and their underlying mechanics, including liquidity provision, yield farming, and staking.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Foundry, Hardhat, or Anchor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building secure, scalable blockchain solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with governance frameworks and mechanisms in decentralized applications.
• Familiarity with Layer 2 scaling solutions and interoperability protocols.
• Understanding of cryptographic principles and how they apply to blockchain security.
