About the job
The primary purpose of this role is to collaborate with the Governance & Oversight Manager in ensuring the effectiveness of our Compliance Department by identifying process improvements, implementing best practices, and supporting key initiatives. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and analytical support to the Compliance Team.
Collaborate with the management of the lifecycle of Compliance Policies and Procedures, ensuring their periodic review, update, and alignment with current regulations and internal standards.
Document and formalize compliance processes through detailed process mapping to identify gaps, enhance efficiency, and ensure consistency and scalability.
Document meeting minutes, key decisions, and compliance outcomes from AML Committees and working groups.
Ensure the timely tracking and follow-up of all action items to meet regulatory deadlines.
Continuously self-develop and enhance skill sets.
Stay informed about compliance governance best practices and apply this knowledge to enhance compliance processes.
Ensure the company’s compliance with robust regulatory standards.
