Business Development at Wintermute

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to drive growth for our two core business lines: OTC and liquidity provisioning. We are looking for a candidate with experience and/or passion for crypto markets, who is ready and excited to make a big impact for Wintermute.

You will be responsible for acquiring new counterparties and partners globally, as well as cultivating and growing Wintermute's existing counterparties with a focus on the United States market. You will be responsible for a set of opportunities (a specific market, vertical, and/or product) and will own these opportunities from end-to-end. You will establish your own strategic growth agenda, supported by structured guidance from leadership in Wintermute’s US and global offices. We offer the market’s leading liquidity products, partner with top-tier blockchain products, and have a strong pipeline of strategic growth opportunities and inbound counterparty demand.
